Weatlh and Resources in Poland
Poland has progressed through a profound transformation of its social, economic and political structures since the fall of communism.A decisive factor for the economic structure of Poland is that there are considerable economic differences between its various parts. These differences are noticeable in all fields. The new Poland is not the result of a process of evolution, but was pieced together after the Great War. The various parts were included in the economic systems of Russia, Austria or Germany, and had their own needs and peculiarities, in accordance with the States to which they previously belonged. A new State was established, but there was a lack of co-ordination, particularly from an economic point of view. There was also a great difference in the life of the people in the several parts. The life in Poland is the same as all over the world, except things move at a slower pace. People are more relaxed and easy-going. Living in Poland is like living anywhere else in Europe. Poland tend to be more connected to nature as manifest by the large percentage of people in Poland who have farms or gardens. Even in Krakow, there are a number of garden houses.
